Position Description
Kelly is looking for an experienced R2R ERP Data Business Analyst to join our client’s team, a leading industrial equipment manufacturer. This is a full-time, temporary role, open to all regions of the United States.
As an R2R ERP Data Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in implementing global Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. You will be responsible for managing the data strategy and conversions for the R2R value stream, including data mapping, design decisions, and validation.
Responsibilities
– Manage the data strategy and conversions for the R2R value stream
– Analyze business requirements for R2R and coordinate conversions from legacy ERP systems to Oracle Cloud
– Conduct data mapping, design decisions, validation of data, and coordinate activities between various business and technical resources
– Cover AR, Financial Reporting, GL, Credit Management, Customer Management, and Period Close
– Ensure strong ongoing data management policies and processes to maintain the accuracy and integrity of R2R data
Qualifications
– 5+ years of experience as a business analyst/BI/Reporting in ERP (Preferably Oracle Cloud) implementations.
– 3+ years of experience in data conversions including mapping and validating.
– 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Fusion or other large ERP (SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, Epicor)
– Experience specifically with R2R covers AR, Financial Reporting, GL, Credit Management, Customer Management, and Period Close.
– Has experience developing and executing test plans.
– Ability to lay out a plan and coordinate activities.
– Highly desirable experience with Oracle Cloud Data Model and data mapping
– Experience with structured query language (SQL) and OTBI
