Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual functional testing on PC, web, and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
- Report defects and quality concerns to stakeholders in real-time, including root cause analysis.
- Create and send test reports and actively engage in issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development and production phases.
- Develop test plans and methodologies.
- Proactively communicate concerns and risks to product teams.
- Maintain documentation of knowledge and processes.
- Assist in backlog and defect grooming.
- Ensure thorough testing of features for global release.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in video game quality control and assurance.
- Experience coordinating QA operations with production teams and other departments.
- Proficiency in Jira.
- Experience in remote working.
- Familiarity with bug tracking software and efficient documentation.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to handle stress, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, motivation, and capacity to learn.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to last-minute changes, and prioritize tasks.
- Fully functional PC/laptop with a stable internet connection (minimum 50Mbps).
- Android and iOS devices for QA testing.
