Responsibilities:
- Recognize your part in attaining store sales targets.
- Share the effects of store processes on asset maintenance and functionality, partner on various initiatives, and educate the team (including new leaders) about the PM workload priorities.
- Utilize technology to order the store’s daily work orders.
- Ensure that assets and vendor performance satisfy maintenance criteria, and evaluate the store’s brand.
- Upkeep and repair of assets
- Maintain assets proactively as directed by headquarters
- Respond to store teams’ requests for emergency repairs.
- In collaboration with the shop team, carry out special projects, remodels, and support PM asset or service strategies.
- Make sure that vendors are responsible for asset repairs and that internal and external work orders are performed.
- Make recommendations for PM candidates who have the necessary abilities and experience for the job Make sure learning objectives are completed and consistent conduct is shown
- Encourage new PM team members to learn
- Share strategies that reduce vendor costs
- Determine the people or locations to influence and educate on effective asset maintenance
- In collaboration with store and field leaders, provide assistance as needed in managing some emergency circumstances.
- Maintaining equipment safely requires following the right safety procedures, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) (Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash, etc.), and removing any potential equipment safety concerns.

- It is preferred to have 1–2 years of technical training in some of the following fields: Plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical work, or experience in any of the following fields: simple HVAC filter replacement, carpentry, power equipment/mechanical repair, basic equipment troubleshooting, and basic door repair
- Knowledge of how to use power tools, HVAC, wet/dry vacuums, and other power equipment (as permitted by labor rules) preferred
- Managing vendor connections and responsibility for providing effective and high-quality services outcomes and problem solving
- Influence others and make them answerable
- Acquire knowledge of and adapt to the demands of modern technology, including computer/tablet and application skills
