Responsibilities:

  • To help product teams effectively manage milestones and progress toward their Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), optimize and record the portfolio’s processes.
  • Manage and improve Tools for work management that make project and task tracking more effective
  • Create and keep up a system for prioritizing and tracking action items from diverse sources to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Create, standardize, and manage templates that teams can use to maintain consistency in reporting and monitoring.
  • Promote collaboration and alignment by facilitating portfolio-related communications, forums, and meetings.
  • Support, organize, and take part in the Big Room Planning activities that bring departments together to talk about their roadmaps while taking their progress, risks, and dependencies into consideration.
  • By reporting, creating and managing digital resources, and setting up communication channels, you can support the Commercial Portfolio and the Customer Experience organization.
  • Establish trusting working connections with all internal and external stakeholders and be able to update them on your progress.
  • For the PMO team, create, monitor, and report on important success measures.

Requirements:

Minimum requirements include education and previous work experience.

  • With a preference for implementing complicated business processes and projects, a degree in project management or 2 to 5 years of relevant project management experience
  • Highly developed interpersonal abilities proven through experience building and fostering relationships with others across functions
  • Ability to persuade colleagues, leaders, and a variety of stakeholders to achieve objectives and adhere to strict deadlines for a variety of projects and programs
  • Responsive and effective communications that enable the dismantling of silos
  • Collaboration, an emphasis on finding answers, organization, adhering to deadlines, and flexibility in a constantly changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to adapt communications to the audience
  • Competent and assured in simultaneously handling numerous workstreams
  • The capacity to skillfully balance conflicting agendas and deliver results
  • Knowledge of risk management and change management techniques
  • Must be meticulous and well-organized.
  • Adaptable to changes in the environment and flexible

Prior work experience and education are preferred qualifications.

  • Knowledge of work management tools, such as Rally and Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of AA’s business practices and digital technology
  • Understanding of how AA operates
  • Understanding of workflows and SharePoint
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or a comparable certification
  • Possibility of producing interesting content using programs like Vyond, Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.
