Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver RFPs.
• Manage the complete project life cycle, from scoping to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes.
• Oversee stakeholders across geographical regions.
• Establish project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, report status, and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage risks, change requests, and project budgets.
• Work with third-party vendors and evaluate proposals.
• Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Interface with senior management and executives.
• Provide training and ensure a smooth handover to support.

Requirements:

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:

• Proven track record in IT project management, delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience in application-based project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Procurement experience, including RFI and RFP.
• Ability to work with global teams.
• Experience in life sciences or related industries is advantageous.
• Relevant professional qualifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 10-15 years of successful IT project management experience.
• Experience in process-oriented domains like Life Science, Healthcare, Banking, or Financial.
• People management experience.
• Experience in IAM/Network/Platform security projects.
• GxP project management experience in Life Sciences (optional).
