This position is a part of the Integrated Operations Division’s Base Maintenance Team. All project work must be planned, carried out, and controlled by this person. In order to ensure project success, this function also analyzes and manages budgets and timetables.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the scope, planning, and execution of projects amongst several functional and cross-functional teams, including those for
• Maintenance planning, change enablement, analytics, development, and user interfaces and user experience.
• Manage project risks, challenges, modifications, actions, important choices, and business preparation activities in a priority-based manner.
• Contributes to the Workforce Administration organization’s project management knowledge; when appropriate, uses best practices for project management
• Updates on projects to a variety of groups, including senior leaders
• Challenges the existing quo and keeps the strategic objectives of Tech Ops at the center of decision-making
• Has a key position working with Technical Operations to ensure that all workforce management and special projects are successful in accordance with their project goals.
• Creates project plans that include delivery schedules, project goals, scope, timeframe, milestones, tasks, communication, and change-enabling strategies.
• Performs the role of subject matter expert for any inquiries or concerns regarding the project’s progress or the technical job details.
• Uses business analysis approaches to scope, interview, facilitate, design, test, and implement system components as well as to collect and document complicated requirements.

Requirements:

Basic requirements include education and previous work experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Project management experience of three years Desirable Qualifications: Education & Previous Work Experience
• Demonstrated commitment to the field of project management by additional education or certifications
• 4+ years of experience in project management directly
• Mastery of Microsoft Project, MS Visio, and MS Office tools

Knowledge, Permits, and Certifications

• It’s advantageous to be a certified ScrumMaster or PMP (Project Management Professional).
• Ability to create project plans, quality control objectives, and opportunity for lessons learned
• Possessing a strong sense of motivation, diligence, integrity, and dependability in solving problems
• Experience managing scope, technical details, and schedules, as well as proven, dependable project management capabilities
