Responsibilities:

  • Support the TWDC SAP conversion from ECC to S/4HANA across The Walt Disney Company.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology to assess HR impacts of the S/4HANA technical conversion.
  • Maintain status update trackers, including meeting action items, deliverables, timelines, and more.
  • Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, communication to attendees, and summarizing action items and next steps.
  • Coordinate access control for the HR Technology team during the S4H project, including new user administration, password resets, and onboarding.
  • Monitor test scenarios and update tracking systems for status reports.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with large-scale, multifaceted technology projects.
  • Strong planning, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with remote team members in different time zones.
  • Effective multitasking and independent follow-up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and idea-sharing abilities.
  • Proficiency in project administration.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in system testing.
  • Experience in dynamic work environments.
  • Previous experience working with diverse cultures and business models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity tools and Smartsheet.
