Position Description:

We are searching for a well-rounded Principal Program Manager that can interact effectively with business and technical leaders at all levels and has a track record of leading difficult programs across Disciplines. You are an expert in project and program management, prioritising with product and engineering, and executing and communicating effectively. You can negotiate tradeoffs with technology limitations and create functional needs to take enormous, complex opportunities and break them down into digestible chunks. Those that are hired will have a technical background, a passion for details, and good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the programs that produce technological results. You are aware of the requirements necessary to create, run, and evolve highly scalable cloud-based services.
  • With the ability to hold technical talks with engineering and product teams about architecture and design, one may recognize and own highly complicated technical programs.
  • Establish the program’s objectives, key results, and priorities, together with the success factors and performance indicators.
  • In accordance with the designated program metrics, manage the execution, prioritization, and reporting of progress.
  • Promote risk management for all initiatives, work with teams and stakeholders to identify risk mitigation strategies, and monitor how well they are being implemented.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to teams, cultivate partnerships with internal teams and outside partners, and lead orchestration and integration efforts for sizable, highly complex cross-functional programs. influences the goals of the leadership.

Minimum and required qualifications are as follows:

  • PLUS a bachelor’s degree 6+ years of engineering, technical program management, data analysis, or product development experience, OR a comparable level of expertise.
  • 6+ years of experience managing complicated technical projects involving many different stakeholders and organizations.
  • 3+ years of experience working through the entire software development lifecycle.
