Responsibilities:
- Automated technologies drive one-to-many customer engagement.
- You provide critical insight into important moments of truth for customers at various phases of their journey to tell other 15Five teams about what customers are experiencing.
- Create and launch high-value client engagements using playbooks to drive adoption, maturity, and growth throughout the customer lifecycle.
- You generate leverage by employing automation strategies.
- Determine the optimum leverage points using data and insights.
- You do data analytics to help you prioritize initiatives (Tableau, Salesforce, Excel, SQL is a plus)
- You regularly monitor the effectiveness of your efforts and provide recommendations on which activities to expand and others to discontinue.
- You collaborate with the Renewals Team to provide advice on renewal strategies and approaches for your segment. Create significant interconnected relationships with 15Five Customer Experience (CX), Go-To-Market (GTM), Revenue Operation, and Product departments to improve our customers’ experiences.
- You have purposefully created relationships with the Implementation and CSM teams in order to understand their procedures and replicate the experience for low contact consumers.
- You can interact with the Customer Support group on product difficulties and plan with the Product teams on roadmap demands.
- You are an excellent
- Customer Marketing partner in deploying digital strategies for customer outreach, event-based marketing, and account-level campaigns.

EXPERIENCE DESIRED
- Experience scaling customer success teams for at least three years
- Experience running successful one-to-many campaigns
- You enjoy data and are comfortable analyzing it (Excel, Tableau, Salesforce) You are familiar with typical Customer Success/Marketing technologies (Conversica, Motive, Pendo etc)
- A true team player capable of organizing peer 15Fivers such as support, marketing, and research and development around customer strategy.
- Find energy in executing with varying parameters and uncertainty.
