Position Description:

For Zillow’s market innovation projects, which blend our best product offerings, first-rate Zillow service, and best-in-class partners, we are looking for an experienced, highly driven Senior Program Manager like you to serve as the Strategy lead. You will collaborate with numerous teams on cross-functional initiatives, which calls for strong business acumen, the ability to think critically, and the ability to solve problems. In 2023 and beyond, this high-impact, high-visibility position will play a crucial role in Zillow’s growth plan.

Responsabilities:

• Define the future vision and strategy for Zillow’s market innovation program by creating gripping narratives and presentations that inspire senior leaders to get involved and buy-in.
• Lead the team’s strategic planning, outlining the operational roadmap, success measures, and cross-functional resources necessary to meet our objectives.
• Create testable hypotheses based on the pain points that customers, operators, and partners have with the present purchasing and financing experience.
• Inform stakeholders of ongoing findings in monthly business reviews and other forums for updates.
• Create and improve the business case for new models or pilot projects.
• To plan, develop, monitor, and grow new initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., with Product, Marketing, Biz Ops, Sales, and Data Science).
• In order to achieve great outcomes and keep the trains running on schedule, oversee and assure development on important initiatives and goals throughout the organization.

Your identity

• Five or more years of relevant experience, with at least three of those years spent working in management consulting or strategy/program management in a fast-moving, expanding business
• The ability to work across domains and business functions as a general athlete with a varied knowledge base and set of experiences
• Big-picture thinker who uses creativity to solve problems
• Self-starter who is active and enjoys a high level of autonomy while working well with others to make a difference
• excellent project management abilities, including the capacity to manage various priorities, sort out unclear issues, bring business partners together, and hold partners accountable for results.
• Excellent written communication abilities; demonstrated capacity to communicate complex ideas succinctly to a variety of audiences
• strong verbal presentation, facilitation, and executive presence skills
• Data-driven and hypothesis-driven; at ease designing experiments to learn from, and use results to refine and scale programs
• Although not essential, experience in residential real estate, mortgages, or internet marketplaces is strongly recommended.
• a bachelor’s degree is necessary, and an MBA is desirable.
• having a strong command of the Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and project/program management tools
