Responsibilities:

• Create, uphold, and manage the program’s needs, plans, schedule, problems, risks, and difficulties.
• Support program or project managers as they lead them.
• To identify business change and foster the consensus required to implement a manageable change plan, work closely with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Organize and control programs and initiatives involving several people and organizations with competing goals and needs.
• Direct project teams from different organizations toward their intended and scheduled results.
• Communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and continuous progress with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners as appropriate.
