Position Description:

The Outsourced Program Administrator (OPA) model is a high-end servicing option, where OPAs give our largest global and large market clients specialized customer support and problem-solving services. For end-to-end service of Commercial T&E Cards, Buying Cards, Meeting Cards, etc., the OPA serves as a liaison. The OPA is in charge of accurately completing all program-related projects and tasks, including but not restricted to billing changes, hierarchy reorganizations, expansions, conversions, implementations, divestitures, preferred supplier list maintenance, card maintenance, merchant inquiries/knowledge, payment inquiries/knowledge, and card maintenance. In order to control delinquencies and increase profitability, the job will also be responsible for analysing accounts and consulting with the client to suggest best practices and process improvements.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 years minimum of analytical experience working in a customer service or telephone environment
  • working on initiatives with a variety of players and business entities
  • Working in a position where business ties have a significant influence requires a strong team player who is successful at adapting to change.
  • strong PC abilities, including the ability to navigate the internet and have a lot of expertise with MS Office products
  • must show great communication abilities in both writing and speaking.
  • Skills in problem-solving, careful follow-up, and proven negotiation with internal and external clients
  • having knowledge of creating ideas for process improvements and recognizing and implementing process opportunities
  • strong time management skills with adaptation and flexibility to manage various assignments within strict deadlines while keeping accuracy
  • Work unsupervised and unsupervised in a structured atmosphere.
