We’re looking for an experienced mid-level Agile Product Owner to work with our interdisciplinary development team to produce new, cutting-edge products and manage old ones as we expand.

You feel equally at ease conversing with engineers as you do with end users or taking part in sales calls. In order to define and oversee development across our portfolio of products, DappRadar is seeking an experienced product owner with a solid understanding of technical, Web3, product marketing, and design.

• You will work closely with other members of the product team, engineers, product designers, strategic partners, sales representatives, customer
• Service representatives, and other internal and external stakeholders in this role, which has the following objectives.
• To manage and deliver product requirements, collaborate with the Head of Product, development teams, and VP of Engineering.
• Help create and maintain the product backlog.
• Understand technical and business goals, identify problems, and offer solutions.
• Examine product data, make proactive improvements, and boost performance.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that product requirements are carried out and delivered, and assist POs with product delivery, planning, positioning, roadmap creation, and product launch.
• To link product needs to product vision, work closely with our design team.
• Work together with our sales team to make sure that our solutions are user-friendly and facilitate new partnership integrations.
• To develop a strategy to provide value to our consumers, we must first understand the needs of our customer base.
• To support the current product stack and continuous product development, collaborate with the engineering teams to find and suggest products, technologies, and vendors.
• Share, encourage, and put best practices into action.
• To guarantee the success of the entire organization, work closely with the UX, engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the creation, QA, and delivery of products as well as the allocation of resources.
• Create product messaging and positioning that set DappRadar and its features apart in the key target segments.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience working with tech products.
• A track record of managing every phase of the product development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of product marketing techniques and experience with product design.
• Exceptionally good at coordinating and collaborating with different teams and departments.
• Blockchain expertise and practical experience.
• Paired with outstanding public speaking and presentation skills, strong writing and editing abilities.
