Responsibilities:
You will lead the creation of a thorough product strategy as a Principal Product Manager, and you will establish key business objectives (OKRs) for the various product domains. You will work in the product model. To evaluate value, create business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired results for your product, you’ll need to draw on significant product expertise, customer input, key data and analytics, and other pertinent data points.
You will represent your product as the “voice of the product” to all external stakeholders, ensuring that their demands are satisfied, and that the product team receives the leadership and assistance it requires to succeed. In order to promote collaboration and alignment with key partners and stakeholders across pyramids, you will need to establish strong relationships across the company.
You will create and actively maintain a product roadmap that outlines the customer themes, technical requirements, and design challenges that must be delivered in that order. You will also be responsible for making the final determinations regarding the scope and prioritization of the product backlog. You will be responsible for developing and managing your product’s goals, key metrics, and associated P&L effects.
As you prioritize themes, epics, and stories to make sure effort is concentrated on those with the most potential for alignment with the product strategy, you will monitor progress against product backlogs to make sure work and priorities are in accordance with the product strategy.

Requirements:
- Four-year degree or experience equivalent
- Product management experience spanning more than ten years, with a focus on customer data and customer data platform (CDP) applications
- Experience in one or more functional areas is desired: Customer analytics, CRM, digital, digital marketing, loyalty, personalization, ad-tech, or mar-tech solutions.
- Ability to establish communication between business and technical teams and experience with technology
- Strong communication abilities with a track record of influencing peers, important stakeholders, and leaders
- Skilled at navigating an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
- The capacity to organize, decide on a course of action, specify organizational key results (OKRs), communicate, and influence business outcomes.
- Knowledgeable about the topic
Depending on Target’s needs, a remote or hybrid work arrangement for this position may be considered. When a team member has a hybrid work arrangement, their primary duties will be split between virtual and onsite work at a Target location. A remote work arrangement allows a team member to work full-time from home or another place that is not a Target location, without having a desk at their primary headquarters. They are nevertheless allowed up to four trips to the headquarters per year. Unless Target specifies otherwise, work obligations cannot be fulfilled outside of the nation where the major work site is located. The pay range is between US$141,600 and US$254,900.00.
