Responsibilities:
Launching goods and services that support the team’s goal, whether they are self-developed or sourced from partners, is the responsibility of the Colleague Tech Enablement team. You will make sure that our teams and priorities closely align with the strategic goals of the Technology organization in order to assist the product development process. The Program Manager will be the point of contact for ensuring an organized portfolio of work is delivered by Go to Market and UX, keeping track of status, risks, and issues while also helping to respond to and manage a broad range deliverables. This will be done through collaboration and partnership with our larger team and internal & external stakeholders.
- Establishes a product marketing vision and strategy that is in line with the broader DW product roadmap by working with clients, important partners, and coworkers.
- Overall accountability and ownership for creating and implementing a thorough marketing plan for both newly released and already-released Digital Workplace goods.
- Uses knowledge and continuing market research to determine and deploy the most effective marketing strategy(ies) for campaigns and target markets.
- Finds ways to get input from colleagues and uses it to consistently boost the marketing strategy’s efficacy
- Knows and uses current trends and accepted commercial practices
- Builds consensus among DW and non-DW disciplines through communication in order to comprehend product roadmaps and create an effective and pertinent marketing plan.
- Oversees the creation of a long-term product plan and roadmap with specific business metrics and objectives.
- Identifies, describes, monitors, and publishes success measures to precisely monitor, report, and assess the impact and efficacy of the marketing plan while highlighting potential for automation
- Encourage cross-functional cooperation with pertinent teams within the purview of product marketing.
- Prioritizes ongoing marketing backlog tasks and keeps it consistent with company goals and product roadmaps.
- Aligns strategy with the larger Colleague Tech Enablement team and quickly iterates new solutions when necessary.
- Creates and keeps up a backlog of tales that are in line with the product marketing plan and the larger CTE backlog.
- With external partners and customers, including the director of product management and other coworkers, reviews and/or displays deliverables and/or proposals
- Facilitates risk resolution, issues management, and adjustments related to the product marketing backlog while coordinating communications, utilizing the right channels & stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of expertise in product management with a track record of establishing a product vision and strategy and designing winning product architectures
- A track record of successfully managing complicated features or products with many partners
Salary: from $110,000 and $190,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits
