Beautiful marketing pages, dapps, and other browser-based products are created by the Product Engineering team. QA, product engineers, and UI engineers make up the team structure. We work closely across time zones with the Design team and other teams, pushing the bounds of what is possible.

An experienced and highly driven Product Engineering Manager is what we are seeking for. They will foster a culture of cooperation and predictable software delivery while assisting the team members individually. The Product Engineering team develops our primary browser-enabled products, such as Studio, Explorer, and auxiliary parts, as well as marketing user interfaces, including the websites for The Graph and E&N. This management job will be responsible for the overall performance and software quality of the team and requires a deep understanding of growing teams and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Being in charge of our Product Engineering team’s daily operations, including sprint planning and requirement collection
• Directing the Product Engineering team, supplying direction and mentoring to support future career development and assure their success.
• Working closely with executives, outside partners, and the larger company as a member of the engineering management team in order to efficiently prioritize engineering efforts and allocate resources
• Fostering a culture of innovation, cooperation, and ingenuity, and ensuring that the engineering team continually improves
• Collaborating closely with the design team and ensuring that the pertinent feedback is taken into consideration

Requirements:

• Excellent technical background and 3-5 years of experience managing small to medium-sized teams
• Knowledge of creating web-based software applications
• Having some familiarity with blockchain products
• A prior background in starting scenarios is preferred.
• Great interpersonal and collaborative abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills
