• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and tech teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, low-fidelity drafts, and interactive prototypes to enhance user interactions.
• Develop and maintain a design system and style guide for a seamless user experience.
• Design high-impact, pixel-perfect visuals and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and evolving project requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate emerging design tools into the process.

Requirements:

• Proven Product Designer with an impressive portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with UI animation, HTML, CSS, and front-end development (a plus).
• Data-driven approach and ability to justify design decisions with metrics.
• Integrity, commitment, and a growth mindset.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership and persistence.
