An outstanding and seasoned Founding Product Designer is presently needed to join our Product Development Studio. A very autonomous, independent, and creative person will be the perfect applicant, and they will be instrumental in determining the direction of our bitcoin products and services in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and simple user experiences by working with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to set product needs.
  • Exercise independence, autonomy, and creative control throughout the whole design process, from conceptualization to testing and implementation.
  • To guarantee consistent and coherent product experiences across all platforms and touchpoints, establish and maintain design principles, guidelines, and best practices.
  • High-quality visual assets, such as user interfaces, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, should be created and improved upon.
  • To inform and validate design decisions, do user research, usability testing, and data analysis. This will help to ensure that our products satisfy user needs and follow market trends.
  • To make sure design ideas are workable, scalable, and in line with technical limitations, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Promote user-centered design inside the company, creating an innovative and empathetic environment.
  • Keep abreast on market developments, new technology, and industry best practices in product design and user experience.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in design, HCI, or a similar profession.
  • A minimum of 5 years of expertise in product design, with a strong focus on digital goods and user experience.
  • A broad portfolio that illustrates your capacity to produce user-centered solutions and highlights your design approach.
  • Knowledge of design software like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable programs.
  • Knowledge of doing usability testing and user research to guide design choices.
  • An eye for detail, strong visual design skills, and a thorough understanding of design ideas and aesthetics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities with the capacity to go forward steadily in the uncertainty of early product development.
