We are seeking a Principal Product Designer to work with our San Francisco, California-based Product Design Team. This position will contribute to the foundation-building process of all Demandbase products by developing user-centered, intuitive products that meet our clients’ needs. You will play a key role in making Demandbase the go-to-market technology leader in the sector. Your portfolio presentation should highlight your mastery of design concepts and best practices, as well as your compelling storytelling abilities.
This position pays between $165,240 and $233,280.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with our vice president of product design to enhance and refine our design procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product partners to represent the design team, lead design discussions, and provide input for product channels and planning.

Requirements:
- more than ten years of experience working independently as a member of a product design team.
