We are seeking a Principal Product Designer to work with our San Francisco, California-based Product Design Team. This position will contribute to the foundation-building process of all Demandbase products by developing user-centered, intuitive products that meet our clients’ needs. You will play a key role in making Demandbase the go-to-market technology leader in the sector. Your portfolio presentation should highlight your mastery of design concepts and best practices, as well as your compelling storytelling abilities.

This position pays between $165,240 and $233,280.

Responsibilities:

• Raising the standard for design and setting a good example will have a significant influence.
• You’ll work incredibly hard and teach the other members of the team how to do the same.
• Not only will you create distinct features, but you’ll also contribute to the formulation of our company’s long-term strategy for key areas.
• Work closely with our vice president of product design to enhance and refine our design procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product partners to represent the design team, lead design discussions, and provide input for product channels and planning.

• Extremely proficient in Figma and design systems for consistency; meticulous, aiming for pixel accuracy while taking the whole user experience of all Demandbase tools and products into account.

Requirements:
