Grow Therapy is seeking experienced clinicians to work as contracted clinical peer reviewers for a duration of up to 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting clinical reviews of electronic chart documentation from outpatient psychotherapy visits, ensuring that the notes meet the minimum documentation requirements for the billed services. This position allows you to work from home on a flexible schedule while meeting productivity standards for assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical reviews of electronic chart documentation from outpatient psychotherapy visits.
• Use a standardized peer review tool to ensure that the documentation meets minimum requirements for billed services.
• Work remotely, independently, and efficiently, meeting productivity standards for the assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in documenting medical necessity in outpatient behavioral health and writing treatment plans.
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in quality improvement or peer review.
• Active Master’s level clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC/LPC) in any state.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week from approximately December to March.
