A Pittsburgh-based educational organization is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their team. This role is temporary to hire and offers 100% remote work.

Responsibilities:

As a Payroll Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing both union and non-union payroll
• Conducting payroll audits
• Handling multi-state payroll tasks
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll statements
• Managing in-house payroll for over 27,000 employees
• Generating Excel reports to identify and correct payroll errors

Requirements:

• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, or finance
• Prior experience in payroll at a university or community college is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in Oracle is a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to handle payroll for more than 500 employees
