Responsibilities:

A “safety first” culture will be promoted through awareness, education, and accountability. You’ll rapidly make a name for yourself as a charismatic, welcoming leader who creates and implements training materials for your structure. Additionally, through establishing and sustaining strategic partnerships with the entire building and numerous HQ partners, you will coordinate and manage the execution of training at all levels. You will adopt a strategic mindset in all you do, developing plans that balance your short- and long-term business objectives. You’ll encourage the team members and leaders in your building to grow and develop. You will collaborate closely with the Human Resources Process and Learning & Development teams at the Headquarters to make sure that the standard training programs are effectively created and consistently carried out. The operational manager trainers and team member trainers will be chosen, evaluated, and developed by you. You’ll also make sure that building staffing and training deadlines are communicated and met. Any errors, worries, or restrictions will be immediately addressed by you to all parties in an appropriate manner. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program inside the building, you will also analyze and comprehend data.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with a four-year degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
  • Shown leadership skills, including the capacity to inspire and engage others.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities at all organizational levels
  • Ability to handle uncertainty
  • Excellent deliberation, dispute resolution, and analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to enter the Distribution Center and reach all places, including mezzanine platforms and conveyor crossovers
  • Possess the reading and interpreting skills essential to update systems, run programs, and operate the Distribution Center’s policies and procedures.
