You have the following qualifications: a four-year degree or equivalent work experience, the ability to inspire and engage others, excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, the capacity to enter the Distribution Center’s mezzanine platforms, and the capacity to manage conflicts. Capable of reading and interpreting relevant policies and procedures to carry out updates, run systems, and use other programs inside the Distribution Center, such as the capacity to cross conveyors.
