Responsibilities:

• Be a coach to help your patients perform at their highest level. Pay attention to your patients’ overall health and collaborate with pharmacists and the Therapeutic Resource Center (TRC) to meet their needs.
• Take complete responsibility for the patient experience. Travel to patients’ homes and autonomously administer IV infusion treatments while offering response management and aftercare.
• Be the sole person to contact for regular updates on the condition of the patient. With a tablet in hand, you serve as the sole point of contact to ensure that all professionals are aware of your patient’s condition. All interactions and communications with patients, including evaluations, therapies, reactions, the development of the disease, etc., are expected to be documented.
• Every day, put yourself to the test to become a better nurse. Utilize your dedication to your craft, self-assurance in your skills, optimism, and adaptability to overcome even the most challenging situations with the help of your leader and team.

Requirements:

• A valid license as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where you now reside
• 2+ years of relevant RN experience in addition to a BSN; or
• 5+ years of relevant RN experience and an ASN degree; or
• Eight or more years of relevant RN experience and a nursing diploma
• 1+ years of experience as a specialist RN in a hospital, clinic, or home healthcare setting
• Powerful IV insertion techniques
• A valid driving permit
• Ability to move about inside a designated geographic region
• Ability to work a day shift Monday through Friday and, if necessary, make sporadic evening or weekend patient visits.
• Capacity for a 32-hour workweek.
• Flexibility in working different shifts at short notice and being available for field trips as needed by the business
