Working Conditions:

Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned complex and integrated providers (market/regional/national, large group, or hospital systems) to establish, oversee, and maintain provider risk management and positive relationships and to support high-value initiative activities. *Conducts provider education, ensures contract compliance, provider communication, claims research, and helps with resolution.

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:

• At least 60,300
• The most: 130,000

Requirements:

Required credentials

• Experience with various types of reimbursement payment methodologies is required.
• Expertise working with hospitals and big provider groups is a plus, as is experience managing networks and/or provider relations.
• Must possess strong communication abilities in writing, speaking, and interacting with others.
• Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Must be adaptable and capable of coping in a highly-active environment.
• Must be a North or South Carolina resident.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding of Medicare and commercial payment methods
• Knowledge of QuickBase for medical claims processing would be advantageous
• Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the capacity for autonomous work
• Must be adaptable and able to handle a demanding, fast-paced atmosphere. Excellent time management abilities
