Position Description

1-800 Contacts is looking for a Multichannel Digital Marketing Associate to join their customer retention and marketing team in Draper, UT. This is a full-time position requiring a balance between strategy development and execution of personalization campaigns, focusing on both analytical abilities and collaboration.

Responsibilities

As a Multichannel Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for personalizing messaging across the multichannel promotional campaigns. You will own multichannel messaging and testing strategies for CRM outreach campaigns, which include email, text, push, and outbound calls. Furthermore, you will work in collaboration with creative and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of projects that support the development of personalized journeys for customers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role would have 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience that includes email outreach with additional preference given to those with experience in text outreach, push, direct mail, media, call center, or web/app eCommerce outreach. Candidates should have expertise in a/b or multivariant testing and proficient skills in Excel and experience in Customer Data Platforms (Redpoint, Salesforce, Braze, etc.). Candidates should effectively manage time and maintain focus on priorities while being a proactive, creative problem solver.
