Job Type: Model Maker from home

Responsibilities:
- Pre-processing: import, fix, and get ready for printing digital 3D files
- Create print jobs, then submit them for printing.
- Remove the supporting framework from 3D-printed models.
- Finishing: Complete models as necessary (e.g., by sanding, tumble-drying, or blasting).
- Research: Examine novel methods to continuously enhance our procedures
- Identify the best parameters for a specific client print job when troubleshooting; able to spot difficulties with a build, identify, and address printer or process issues as necessary
- Shipping: Prepare labels and related shipping papers, package printed and CNC parts for shipping.
- Effectively and frequently share project status with stakeholders.

- Good with their hands and able to precisely handle small stuff
- Solver of problems analytically
- Superior problem-solving and communication abilities
- Paying close attention to the small details and maintaining the best quality possible
- Able to function both individually and as a member of a bigger team
- A plus would be prior knowledge of CAD software and 3D printing.
