Job Type: Middle Mile Partner Manager from home

Responsibilities:
- Working together to create, develop, and implement important programs, dashboards, analytics, reports, and analysis to inform important business choices for initiatives that interact with customers.
- Strategically evaluating how Linehaul best supports each program to find opportunities and collaborate with important parties to integrate Linehaul into the decision-making processes of the programs.
- Collaborating with Amazon technology teams and third-party (3P) carrier leadership to find and implement process enhancements that boost vendor growth and engagement, service quality, and technological innovation.
- Utilizing Excel, Access, SQL, and/or other data management tools, extracting data from many databases and carrying out ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
- Selecting the right performance indicators for every program and making sure that accountability and measurement are done consistently.
- 25% of travel will be within the country.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL EQUALITIES
- Five or more years of experience managing programs or projects
- 5+ years of experience in the supply chain
- Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to identify and promote enhancements
- Proficiency in overseeing program planning, ensuring seamless execution, and conveying outcomes to upper management
DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS
- Experience leading process improvements for at least two years
- An MBA or master’s degree in management, operations, human resources, organizational development, adult education, instructional design, or a similar subject
