Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cross-Channel Media Leader to develop and oversee integrated media strategies for our enterprise clients. This role involves collaborating with channel specialists to present strategic media recommendations. Ideal candidates will have a comprehensive understanding of the media landscape, a keen interest in emerging media channels, and the ability to identify media opportunities that align with client goals. Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Lead the creation and execution of cross-channel paid media strategies for global B2B organizations, managing campaigns, advertising, engagement, creative processes, and reporting.
- Optimization & Process Development: Oversee campaign strategic management, implement optimizations based on performance, and develop processes for successful campaign planning and execution.
- Budget Management: Actively manage large scale budgets across multiple channels.
- Collaboration: Work with creative teams to align messaging strategies with media placements for business impact.
- KPIs & Analytics: Create program KPIs, assist in analytics and systems integration for tracking and attribution.
Opportunity Development:
- Drive growth in assigned accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build partnerships with technology and media vendors to enhance media capabilities and revenue opportunities.
- Stay updated on emerging media trends and author relevant POVs.
Client Relationships:
- Serve as the primary media client lead, advocating for campaign strategies and performance.
- Build trust-based, long-term client relationships.
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of client deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in media, agency experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in client interaction and managing client requests.
- Proven ability to analyze data and trends to inform content strategies.
- Managerial experience with a strong leadership skill set.
- Experience in collaborative work with cross-discipline teams.
- Proficient in resolving challenges in a client-focused environment.
