Responsibilities:
- Organize and control large-scale planning initiatives by creating and implementing cross-functional project plans, requirements, teams, and internal clients for the engine maintenance business operations.
- Design and coordination of project management deliverables supporting key goals for enhancing planning accuracy with the MRO, Engine Materials, Engine Demand Planning, and Engine Teams
- To give a rolling 15–18 month forward vision, model and manage induction slots for each fleet line.
- In order to ensure that upcoming inductions, including hospital shop visits, are prepared for specified dates, provide induction slot inputs to weekly IPT meetings with all groups, including EDP, Engine Maintenance, Finance, Records, MRO, OSR, Planning, and DMS.
- Re-gantt shop and update the induction/production calculator TATs as required to indicate capacity modifications as necessary
- Ensure that adjustments to the induction/production plan match operational needs and are consistent with all upcoming forecasts by working with the engine demand planning team.
- Attend the regular 7:30 AM production or engine maintenance sessions.
- Process development and coordination for project management deliverable updates, crucial project routes, evaluation of immediate and long-term effects on internal customers, and vital success factors
- Analyze, record, create, and suggest improvements to business procedures
- Manage a number of ongoing and new system projects and analyses with little oversight in a hectic setting, and present recommendations and findings to senior management.
- To develop high level models, analytical reports, or other sorts of data summaries for Senior Management, conduct ad hoc analysis amid uncertain circumstances.
- Adhere to and support engine requirements and group performance measures while working toward specified group goals.
- Ensures that all operational processes and procedures are conducted in a safe manner.
Requirements:
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)
- Having knowledge of or skill with visualization tools like Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI
- Possessing expert knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access in Microsoft Office
- Having practical experience with systems that enable material management, such as SAP/Sceptre
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to interact and write effectively with internal customers at all divisional levels
- Prioritizes tasks, completes them with little supervision, and periodically informs top leadership of the results of their work and any recommendations they have.
- Work cooperatively with cross-functional teams to implement current procedures and/or develop fresh ones in order to gain insights and resolve actual business issues.
- The possession of a technical degree from a four-year accredited university or higher
- Consistently puts the security and safety of oneself, others, and personal information first.
- Embraces varied people, ideas, and ways of doing things.
- Holds a high school diploma, GED, or other equivalent qualification.
- Possesses legal permission to work in the US and is at least 18 years old.
