Position Description

BH Management Services is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Specialist to create, organize, and launch property marketing initiatives for BH communities across the country. As the Marketing Specialist, Key Clients, you will coordinate and manage project initiatives from start to finish. You will be supported by an extensive team of design, digital, social, and leasing + marketing subject-matter experts on the corporate marketing team, and be responsible for developing marketing programs to support lead generation and leasing goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs to support lead generation and leasing goals.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Develop and create marketing content (including emails, social media content, etc.) ensuring brand guidelines are met.
• Work with clients and vendors to execute new marketing programs.
• Provide ongoing updates to Marketing, Operations, and Regional team members about community performance and suggested areas of improvement to ensure continued leasing success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• 2+ years in a role where project management was paramount.
• Familiarity with real estate, multifamily operations (conventional + student housing), and equities and investments is preferable.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with modern graphic design systems and tools.
• Must be able to work independently and remain organized in a fast-paced work environment.

Salary Range:

The successful candidate for this position will receive an annual salary between $45,000.00 – $68,000.00.
