Position Description

The company is home to the Kari Traa brand, one of the top European women’s specialty brands known for its exceptional designs in various categories including skiing, base layer, training, and outerwear. The brand was introduced to the North American outdoor/ski market in 2015 with fantastic success and has experienced significant growth and rapid expansion into specialty chains in the US and Canada. The company has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join its North American team and help expand its sales channel in the region.

Responsibilities

The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving eCommerce business through effective digital communication and performance marketing. The role entails creating and implementing the best consumer journey across digital platforms, managing performance marketing budgets, collaborating with the digital agency in developing campaigns, and working closely with other teams to ensure consistent messaging across marketing programs. The role also involves owning the promotional calendar for Kari Traa and providing continuous updates to stakeholders on key performance indicators. As an ambassador of the Kari Traa brand, the successful candidate will advocate for the company’s mission and contribute to its growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related discipline, digital emphasis, at least two years of experience in eCommerce performance marketing with outdoor soft goods or premium women’s brands. The candidate should have advanced experience with Google Analytics, dashboarding apps like Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau. The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of omnichannel marketing with a focus on digital commerce and driving new businesses. Being a self-starter with strong analytical skills in translating data and insights into digestible plans of action to achieve measurable ROI is also a desirable attribute. Furthermore, the successful candidate should showcase a clear, concise, and confident communication style.
