Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver a thorough, research-based organization-wide commercial communications plan are your main duties.
• Actively work together across various teams within the organization to ensure that the communications plan is successfully executed.
• Own daily accountability for all of our commercial marketing and communications.

Requirements:

• 5 years or more of marketing experience is required, along with knowledge of blockchain and Web 3.
• Experience in marketing, communications, and involvement in the community.
• Knowledge of creating and executing effective specialized social media campaigns.
• The capacity to organize and carry out events (both online and offline) that are aimed at and draw audiences from the blockchain ecosystem.
• The capacity to perform with little direction and the ability to work alone
• Good knowledge of political trends and advancements in the fields of blockchain, data privacy, and digital rights.
• The capacity to track, evaluate, and use performance data.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational abilities; able to start, oversee, prioritize, and finish projects.
• Exceptionally strong sense of self-motivation and attention to detail.
• Dedication and a readiness to develop.

Extra points:

• The equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable discipline
• Experience with NGOs and/or political parties, campaigns, and civil society.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and peer-to-peer networks.
• Experience working asynchronously and remotely
• Working experience for a Status-aligned organization or an open source organization.
• You’re a supporter of the cypherpunk movement.

Compensation:

The projected salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 (negotiable, depending on how we evaluate your qualifications and experience throughout our interview process.
