Position Description:

We are seeking a Commercial Marketing Specialist II to lead marketing initiatives for our commercial customers. This role demands a strong grasp of B2B marketing, coupled with exceptional creativity and analytical skills. The specialist will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and assist the sales team in meeting revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce materials for marketing, advertising, and sales promotions to execute marketing strategies and meet sales goals.
• Create informational content for the sales force and various media to maximize customer and prospect engagement.
• Evaluate and adjust promotional or advertising programs.
• Oversee the technical and artistic aspects of final promotional materials.
• Collaborate with company management, product managers, sales, and advertising agencies to devise promotional plans and sales strategies.
• Manage the purchase of promotional materials, including displays, signage, printing, coupons, art, and photography.
• Handle tasks such as layout design, sales kit preparation, display arrangement, internet promotions, and sales outline writing.
• Select advertising agencies and media placement sources.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in English reading, writing, understanding, and communication.
• Capable of managing multiple high-volume projects with tight deadlines.
• Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Veeva.
