Salary range: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 USD Annually

Position Description

Vuori Inc. is a leading athletic apparel company looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Coordinator to join their team in Carlsbad, CA. The role is to support Vuori’s Marketing Operations and Creative teams which includes coordination of initiatives related to ECommerce, Retail, Brand and Creative Marketing. The role requires excellent communication and coordinating skills to maintain streamlined communication with the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager and Creative Project Manager.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:
– Coordinate tasks related to Creative, Marketing and Asset Management responsibilities while working with internal stakeholders to develop project timelines and ensure successful execution
– Assisting with logistics coordination for lifestyle photoshoots and on-set assistance
– Overseeing licenses and expiration dates for model and music usage
– Assisting in vendor communication for production-related tasks
– Coordination of seasonal marketing promo process and timeline
– Continuously monitor, improve and own review processes for Retail Marketing initiatives
– Manage multiple projects and deadlines
– Flexible marketing support including CSR communication, and placing promo orders

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years project coordination experience
– Extremely organized and detail oriented
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to communicate effectively across teams
– Ability to multitask, coordinate deadlines and implement necessary feedback
– Digital Asset Management experience is a plus
– Interest in fitness and wellness is a plus
