In order to guarantee a full pipeline from a key accounts list (created in cooperation with Sales and Marketing), the Account Based Marketing Manager is in charge of developing and implementing the strategy and tactics for Account Based Marketing campaigns and tactics. This position will lead ABM strategy using a data-driven methodology, continuously testing and assessing campaign effectiveness. The ABM Manager works closely with the marketing and sales teams to provide a fully integrated strategy. You will answer to the Chief Revenue Officer in this capacity.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement integrated, high-impact ABM programs to assist Sales in achieving revenue forecast and pipeline targets.
- Manage our ABM approach, plan, and schedule and share information with the sales force and business as a whole.
- Support the creation of the Key ABM Accounts List
- Campaign success should be measured, reported on, and optimized using real-time data and analytics.
- Oversee the creation of standardized Account Based Marketing dashboards and reports for important accounts, delivering the results to the company’s stakeholders and the Sales Leadership team.
- To meet sales targets, develop, implement, and enhance a data-driven ABM approach.
- Create and implement multi-channel ABM campaigns, including project management execution, internal team alignment, and strategy creation.
- Utilize data and analysis of ABM campaigns and methods to iterate and refine campaigns.
- Processes and best practices should be recorded in our internal corporate repository so that the marketing and sales teams may refer to them.
- Create ABM campaigns from the ground up that speak to important stakeholders and address their particular problems and areas of value addition.
Requirements:
- Four or more years of ABM experience
- extensive experience crafting content for d2c companies that appeals to decision-makers and important stakeholders
- vast expertise in creating and overseeing multi-channel ABM campaigns
- Capacity to use and become proficient in the following ABM tools with demonstrated prior expertise (including but not limited to): Lead Feeder, Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking. Good communication abilities are essential. Excellent relationship-building and persuasion abilities
- demonstrated effectiveness in creating prospect lists through list acquisition, segmentation, and targeting in demand generating campaigns.
- ABM certifications are not necessary, but they are a big advantage. A positive, proactive mindset, the capacity to collaborate with marketing and sales experts, and the capacity to manage multiple projects at once
- proactive self-starter who exhibits strong initiative and analytical skills. a demonstrated capacity for strategic thought that is executed with extraordinary attention to detail.
- strong drive to manage outbound efforts and write content in order to promote the development of a robust sales pipeline
- a talent for thoroughly researching businesses to find details about their operations that can make UN/COMMON stand out in our outreach
- A track record of accomplishment with account-based marketing efforts, focused vertical campaigns, or measurable results that have impacted pipeline expansion.
