Responsibilities:

In order to better serve our consumers, this position will be in charge of developing and expanding our Front Store Health & Wellness business both offline and online. This individual will collaborate with a group of marketing strategists to help develop marketing strategies that are activated across owned and paid (e.g., social, online video, digital display, search, PR) channels that produce successful business results. We’re searching for someone that is obsessed with the consumer, uses data to gain insights, and uses technology to connect with them. In order to succeed in this position, you must establish strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including your supply partners, media, creative, analytics, and merchandising professionals. All strategies and initiatives will also need precise KPIs and measurement objectives to gauge their effects on the Front Store Health and Wellness division.

Requirements:

Required credentials

  • With a background in business, retail, and consumer knowledge, and five years of marketing experience

Preferred Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of digital marketing
  • Knowing the function and potential of present and new marketing strategies (both traditional and digital). ROI
  • Ability to use data and insights to create meaningful suggestions Self-motivated individual who can succeed in a competitive, performance-driven workplace
  • Excellent communication abilities that can be effectively expressed to a variety of audiences in both written and oral forms
  • Analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
  • high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • creative problem solver with the ability to apply fresh knowledge to current plans and take decisive action
  • Utilize data and improve to produce campaign results.
  • being able to use a variety of marketing technology solutions to engage and/or reach consumers
  • Create and maintain timetables, as well as a strong brief.
  • Experienced in collaborating with both internal and external business partners to achieve business goals
  • Experience managing a budget, including the capacity to decide wisely how to spend marketing dollars as well as the accountability for monitoring and reporting that spend
  • the capacity to offer strategic guidance, feedback, and assurance that creative is delivered in line with strategy
  • Prior agency experience is preferable but not necessary, as is experience working in a highly matrixed company.
  • B2B and health industry experience is helpful but not necessary.

Education

  • Required: a bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience (high school diploma plus four years of relevant experience).
