Responsibilities:

• Provide expert marketing consultation for integrated strategic marketing needs.
• Lead teams in developing strategic marketing, advertising, and media campaigns.
• Conduct market intelligence by analyzing internal and external data and assessing the competitive environment.
• Lead primary and secondary market research initiatives from concept to reporting.
• Manage vendor or agency relationships and participate in vendor selection.
• Collaborate with patients, physician leadership, governing committees, and the public to drive project completion.
• Measure and report outcomes and manage assigned marketing budgets.
• Some travel may be required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of marketing or related field experience.
• Project management experience is essential.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or Master’s in Marketing) preferred.
• Demonstrated competencies in interpersonal skills, relationship-building, teamwork, data analysis, market intelligence, written communication, and project and budget management.
• High personal motivation, work ethic, flexibility, and creativity.
• Strong analytical abilities for both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proven success in building and implementing marketing plans, conducting market research, and managing external agencies/vendors.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in synthesizing diverse inputs into cohesive action.
