Responsibilities:
- Provide expert marketing consultation for integrated strategic marketing needs.
- Lead teams in developing strategic marketing, advertising, and media campaigns.
- Conduct market intelligence by analyzing internal and external data and assessing the competitive environment.
- Lead primary and secondary market research initiatives from concept to reporting.
- Manage vendor or agency relationships and participate in vendor selection.
- Collaborate with patients, physician leadership, governing committees, and the public to drive project completion.
- Measure and report outcomes and manage assigned marketing budgets.
- Some travel may be required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of marketing or related field experience.
- Project management experience is essential.
- Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or Master’s in Marketing) preferred.
- Demonstrated competencies in interpersonal skills, relationship-building, teamwork, data analysis, market intelligence, written communication, and project and budget management.
- High personal motivation, work ethic, flexibility, and creativity.
- Strong analytical abilities for both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proven success in building and implementing marketing plans, conducting market research, and managing external agencies/vendors.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in synthesizing diverse inputs into cohesive action.
