Responsibilities:
This individual will serve as a “floater” for the Vendor Imagery team, flexing according to the areas in which the team requires support.

- picture uploads, with approval or rejection based on standards compliance and quality
- processing Jira tickets for both internal and external clients
- in charge of Vendor Imagery, who lists products on the website.
- Vendors will deliver a sheet including information about the product details. need to examine for any missing data, identify trends to train vendors, build up catalogue UPCs, and appropriately post sizing projects on the backend.
- Open a ticket on Jira to check what tasks are applicable to each project and vendor batch.
- A lot of internal and external (product description team) interactions with vendors
Requirements:
MUST:
- excellent communication abilities in writing
- tech savvy: capable of navigating websites and using simple photo editing software
- at least one year of experience in a context where there was a lot of internal and external communication required
- intermediate Excel skills, including working with large amounts of data and calculations
- Participants will be required to bring their own laptop.
PERFECT TO HAVE:
- Production management with Jira
- Knowledge of using Amazon or other e-commerce sites in a business environment
- Knowledge of products and e-commerce
