Position Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to develop and assist in managing our brand’s social media content across various platforms, including hosting community livestreams. This role is central to enhancing our online presence and engaging with our devoted customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies in line with brand goals.
  • Manage, curate, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Create, edit, and optimize engaging video content for each platform.
  • Utilize insights and performance data to refine strategies and track KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms.
  • Work with the social and ads team to produce content for paid media.
  • Monitor industry trends to benchmark and improve our social media efforts.
  • Implement innovative social media tools and techniques for engagement and growth.
  • Capture high-quality video footage at our fulfillment center or print shop.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in managing social media with a portfolio of successful campaigns and video content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and video editing software.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with adaptability across various platforms and audiences.
  • Creativity, visual aesthetics sense, and video/graphic creation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with advertising principles and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Awareness of current cultural and social trends for relevant content.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
