At Karpatkey, we’re searching for a Marketing & Communications Professional to oversee all associated activities’ implementation as well as the development of marketing and communications strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Be the driving force behind the development and execution of marketing and publicity plans and initiatives that will advance Karpatkey;
• Defining and assessing marketing initiatives and financial preparation;
• Constructing and improving marketing funnels;
• Ongoing observation of market developments, industry trends, and competitor activity;
• Using web3 marketing and community tools/platforms to interact with a crypto-native audience;
• Directing the creation and dissemination of original material, including infographics, memes, and short movies;
• Writing excellent content for a range of platforms, including in-depth technical articles, community updates, social media posts, educational materials, and blog posts;
• Hosting frequent events through the community channels of karpatkey.

Requirements:

• Possess three years or more of experience in a marketing job and be an entrepreneurial, strategic, and results-driven marketer;
• 2+ years of experience working in marketing for a web3 company, extensive practical knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem;
• A strong interest in defi and cryptocurrencies, as well as knowledge of dApps, Ethereum, and yield farming;
• Powerful personality and effective communication abilities;
• Very strong written and spoken English language proficiency (C1).
