Position Description

Red Carrot, a rapidly growing federal government solutions company, is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their team. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing strategic communications, advertising, and digital marketing, as well as growing social media accounts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media, marketing communications, and contributing to strategic marketing plans.

Responsibilities

– Track daily/weekly business to ensure client deliverables are met
– Analyze data and develop strategic recommendations for clients
– Participate in the development of strategic marketing communications plans
– Prepare and present materials and participate in creative and media planning meetings
– Develop regular competitive reporting for client review
– Utilize social listening platforms to develop reports and detect trend shifts
– Anticipate and address client needs
– Develop proposals for new business and conduct analysis to inform proposals
– Other duties assigned

Qualifications

– Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
– Bachelor’s degree
– Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
– 3+ years of experience in marketing communications and social media
– Knowledge of social listening tools
– Proficient in Microsoft 365
– Mastery of English grammar and clean copy submission
