This position supports the Marketing Analytics and Strategy team at Cigna and helps the company make quantitative judgments about the Medicare market, trends, rivals, prospective and current consumers, return on investment, and ongoing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing the production of business intelligence data, clearly illuminating fundamental Sales, Marketing, and Financial KPIs, as well as creating new cutting-edge approaches to measuring performance and predicting expected outcomes. Additionally, the candidate should feel at ease using complex reporting tools like MS Access, SQL, TeraData, SAS, Salesforce, Tableau, and PowerPivot in MS Excel, as well as working with large datasets and performing advanced data analysis and creating dashboards. Working cross-functionally, inspiring team engagement and creativity, and presenting findings while being able to persuade and read the audience are additional crucial skillsets.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile, compile, and deliver analytical findings, together with the identification, quantification, and ranking of opportunities, to stakeholders and leadership. Reports may include in-depth analyses of competitors, campaign effectiveness, sales forecasts, and associated KPIs, etc.

  • Determine and identify additional information needed to implement novel measures and comprehend the performance of annual efforts.

  • Design, development, and implementation of new operational controls, performance measures, information management systems, and automated processes is led and/or facilitated.

  • assembles and evaluates service provider performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • creates, gathers, and enhances executive and line-of-business dashboards as well as numerous ad hoc requests.
  • uses data mining, reporting, and other intelligence techniques and tools to implement and support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Makes certain that all established internal reporting and business procedures, including authorized P&Ps and Job Aides, are completely documented in accordance with all internal and external quality audit criteria.

Requirements:

  • Strong preference for a bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree (MBA, MSA, MSBA).
  • At least five years’ worth of experience providing analytical services
  • Experience with Medicare Part C or D is preferred, especially in an analytical capacity.
  • Understanding of CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Able to use Excel, SAS, Tableau, and SQL with ease
  • Strong knowledge, exposure, and expertise in marketing, sales, finance, medical economics, and other operational or service responsibilities in the healthcare industry.

  • Since this position is WAH/Flex, the majority of work can be done from home. If an employee chooses to work on site, they must be properly immunized.

If you intend to work from home on a regular basis or infrequently, you must have an internet connection from a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with minimum download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps, respectively.

We anticipate paying this position’s annual compensation between 94,300 and 157,100 USD, based on important aspects like experience and location.

Additionally, it is anticipated that this position will qualify for the yearly bonus program.
