Responsibilities:
- Apply business acumen and critical thinking abilities to spot trends, conduct root cause studies, and fix operational issues in stores throughout your market.
- Gather consumer and store associate business and market insights to help drive product, feature, and channel marketing decisions.
- Manage weekly travel to a broad retailer region, leveraging a variety of sales tools and shop profiles to drive sales and brand advocacy.
- Establish professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders such as Area Managers, Regional Managers, General Managers, and so on.
- Increase sales through the offline retail channel by driving KPIs.
- Achieve corporate objectives (advocacy, compliance, metrics, trainings, coverage, team, organization).
- Submit daily in-store reports to document visits, including digital images.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide range of Amazon, Ring, Blink, and eero display devices and fixtures in a number of national retail establishments.
- Delegate and exert influence in your market to achieve exceptional results, such as executing standard operating procedures, identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and providing ongoing feedback to store managers, regional leaders, and corporate stakeholders.
- Create, simplify, and disseminate best practices
- Oversee product transitions in stores and retailer communications.
- Ensure that the Amazon in-store experience and merchandising are correctly installed and maintained across stores within your immediate team and area in accordance with the execution standards supplied.
- In small and large group settings, educate store associates on the value of Amazon, Ring, Blink, and eero devices and services.
- Conduct sales and training at large-scale events based on program and market requirements.
- Communicate (verbally and in writing) in a clear, succinct, accurate, and timely manner to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders with national significance.
- Keep track of your travel and work spending.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Three or more years of retail experience
- The ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time (with or without reasonable accommodations).
- The ability to push, pull, lift, squat, bend, reach, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- Have a smartphone that supports the iOS or Android operating systems.
- Access to dependable transportation to and from work places during the workday
- Have a valid driver’s license as well as evidence of insurance.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of relevant job experience in retail sales (preferable in consumer electronics or high-tech products).
- Previous management of various retail accounts/locations
- Presentation experience and ease in front of large groups
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
