Responsibilities:
- Apply your critical thinking and business acumen to analyze core causes, spot trends, and fix operational problems in stores throughout your market.
- Gather market and business intelligence from customers and retail staff to inform decisions about features, products, and marketing channels.Oversee weekly travel to a wide range of retailers, influencing sales and brand advocacy with a range of sales tools and shop profiles.
- Establish professional connections with important internal and external stakeholders, such as general managers, area managers, and regional managers.
- Establish KPIs to boost sales via the offline retail channel.
- Fulfill objectives in the domains of advocacy, compliance, metrics, trainings, coverage, team, and organization.
- Complete daily in-store reports, including the submission of digital images, to record visits.
- Efficiently install, debug, and maintain a range of display fixtures and equipment from Amazon, Ring, Blink, and eero at different national retail establishments.
- Use delegation and influence to achieve remarkable outcomes in your market. This includes carrying out standard operating processes, spotting problem areas, coming up with fixes, and continuously informing store managers, local authorities, and corporate stakeholders of your progress.
- Create, streamline, and distribute best practices
- Oversee retailer communications and in-store product migrations.
- Assure that, in accordance with the specified standards of execution, the Amazon in-store experience and merchandising are appropriately installed and maintained across stores in your direct team’s area.
- Inform store employees in front of small and big groups about the benefits of Amazon, Ring, Blink, and eero products and services.
- During major events, conduct sales and training in accordance with program and market requirements.
- Communicate (verbally and in writing) with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders in a timely, accurate, and clear manner that has a national impact.

Requirements:
ESSENTIAL EQUALITIES
- 3+ years of experience working in retail
- The capacity to stand for up to eight hours at a period, either with or without an acceptable accommodation
- Capacity to reach, bend, push, pull, lift, crouch, and carry objects weighing up to fifty pounds (incorporating necessary accommodations or not).
- A high school diploma or its translation
- Own a smartphone that runs either the iOS or Android operating system.
- Having access to dependable transit for working-day commuting between locations
- Hold a current driver’s license and evidence of insurance
DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS
- At least six years of relevant experience selling high-tech or consumer devices in retail settings
- Prior experience overseeing several retail locations or accounts
- Comfort and familiarity with speaking in front of huge crowds
- Demonstrate excellent organizing and attention to detail abilities.
- Proficient in both written and spoken communication
