Responsibilities:
- Oversees and mentors branch managers in order to include clients and handle any escalated issues.
- Creates best practices in coaching, business review, collaboration, and compliance assurance.
- Attracts, holds onto, and develops exceptional talent while fostering an atmosphere that makes workers feel appreciated, encouraged, and capable of advancing their careers.
- Creates plans to meet important financial targets, such as increasing deposit and investment balances, attracting and keeping new customers, and controlling spending.
- Oversees the integration of partners from One Chase’s Business Banking, Home Lending, and Chase Wealth Management to guarantee the expansion of other business segments, such as loans and investments.
- Controls the market to provide outstanding customer service and allocates resources to maximize market performance.
- Through in-depth analyses and business reviews, makes sure all branch managers are successfully reducing risk and abiding by the rules to provide customers with a secure banking experience.
Requirements:
Essential credentials, abilities, and proficiencies
- Five or more years of experience managing a branch or in a similar role
- GED, high school diploma, or its international equivalent
- A track record of successfully mentoring and building high-achieving sales teams, as well as the capacity to communicate understanding of financial markets and economic trends
- Capacity to recognize market segment demands in order to customize proactive customer education
- Ability to establish rapport and work pro-actively remotely with different business divisions
- Capacity to proactively take the initiative to find answers, including a spirit of entrepreneurship and business, and to move quickly
- Knowledge of both business and consumer credit comprehension and familiarity with financial planning, including the customer life cycle
Preferred credentials, talents, and proficiencies
- A college degree or the equivalent in the armed forces
- Knowledge of the demographics and market trends in the area
