Job Description: Wildwood Residential Program is seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to provide management coverage in their homes within the Capital Region. This role involves supervising individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a group residential setting.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with individuals in a positive and encouraging manner.
• Demonstrate commitment and leadership qualities.
• Fill vacancies created by leaves of absence, vacations, or vacant positions.
• Provide patient and supportive leadership.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Work full-time with a typical Monday to Friday schedule.
• Be available for on-call responsibilities during emergencies and as needed based on program requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a group residential setting with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid NYS driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for agency insurance coverage.
• Medication Administration, First-Aid, and CPR certification (or eligibility for certification).
• SCIP-R certification as needed based on program requirements.
