Position Description:

Join Domo as a Consulting PMO Manager to lead project management excellence, team leadership, and enhance client satisfaction. This pivotal role contributes to Domo’s consulting growth, driving project delivery success, mentoring project managers, and offering strategic client guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project managers in executing complex consulting projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resources.
  • Enhance the Project Management Office (PMO) framework, promoting governance, standardization, and performance improvement.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and improvement in line with Domo’s strategies.
  • Be the primary client contact, understanding their business needs and aligning project goals.
  • Proactively work with clients to identify improvement opportunities and offer insights.
  • Oversee project portfolios, ensuring exceptional delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic project plans, monitor progress, and adjust for success and client satisfaction.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Maintain and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and analyze project progress.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement, driving innovation in project delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, PMO leadership, and consulting.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client relations.
  • Leadership ability to guide diverse teams.
  • Independent working and multitasking capability.
  • Proficiency in oral, written communication, and presentation tools like MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience in consulting capacity models, optimizing team performance and resource utilization.
  • Experience with enterprise software, marketing analytics, or business intelligence platforms.
  • PMP or related certifications are beneficial.
