Responsibilities:
- Develops a service strategy to guarantee renewal, expansion, and member retention for allocated accounts. attains personal cross-selling goals, growth/retention objectives, and customer satisfaction standards. Forms cooperative relationships with sales to establish a thorough growth plan for the assigned book of business that is in line with the goals, finances, and employee benefit strategy of the client.
- While offering Aetna cross-sell possibilities, profitable revenue, and growth. carries out the tactical elements of each account’s business plan customer
- Demonstrates proactive capacity to identify and address the main causes of service issues.
- Finds innovative and creative ways to demonstrate to consumers the value of the goods and services they have purchased. Develops and manages service programs in the most proactive and strategic manner feasible.
- Proactively recognizes possible service problems and takes action to address those that do occur.
- Leads and mentor account managers to proactively develop solutions to both basic and difficult problems. assumes full responsibility for managing the integration of internal client and Aetna organizations, providing a seamless installation that will be a foundation for earning the trust of significant clients.
- Personnel. Customers are informed on Aetna-specific policies, product details, and procedures, as well as business-related problems and relevant current events.
Remote: Eastern and Central time zones are preferred
Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:
- At least 60,400
- Up to: 124,100

Requirements:
Required credentials
- 5–10 years of experience in the medical insurance and/or pharmacy industries in sales and/or account management.
- A travel requirement of 25% to 50%
- Requires prior remote work experience
- Selling Group Medicare products through cross- and up-selling
- Understanding of building relationships
- Expertise managing a large or national clientele
- Life and health license required for resident state or exam pass within 90 days of employment.
