Job Description: As the PBNA PGT Maintenance Integration Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in the conversion of over 150 backend systems to SAP as part of the PGT project. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure readiness preparation, deployment, and hypercare activities within the maintenance function for the West Division.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Division maintenance lead for PGT integration readiness.
  • Collaborate with local maintenance teams to drive location readiness through daily management systems and work processes.
  • Escalate decision-making requirements as needed.
  • Implement change management and process improvements at the location level to ensure application sustainability.
  • Lead site-level business readiness reviews and develop TEP (Transformation Execution Plan) for site readiness.
  • Conduct site mapping exercises at PBNA facilities for pre-Go-Live comparison.
  • Oversee project deliverables, including Design/Build, Configure/Test, and Deployment.
  • Coordinate training activities to ensure end-user readiness and identify training gaps.
  • Reach out to external consultants and baseline team members for guidance and assistance.
  • Collaborate with the PGT Deployment Team on post-go-live support and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Process-Oriented Discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in bottling operations within Supply Chain
  • Familiarity with maintenance systems
  • Supply Chain Manufacturing & Warehouse experience in the consumer products industry
  • Previous experience in SAP integration and deployment (preferred)
  • Strong project management skills, including multitasking and working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage change effectively
  • Agile and adaptable in an ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in leading meetings, tracking work, and managing conflict

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Expected compensation range: $81,000 – $135,600 (based on experience and location)
  • Performance-based bonus (target payout: 12% of annual salary)
